Do you charge for an initial consultation?

• Depending on the area of practice there might be a nominal charge. We will be happy to discuss this with you in advance.

Are you handicap accessible?

• Yes.

What if I don't find my issue in your areas of practice?

• Please call us. We may discover that we can still help you with your issue. If not, we are confident that we can refer you to a competent attorney.

Do you accept credit cards?

• Yes, except in the case of the filing of a bankruptcy (of course). We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Do you handle matters outside the metro area?

• We are qualified to handle matters throughout the State of Minnesota.

Do you meet clients outside your offices?

• While we typically prefer to meet clients in the office, we attempt to accommodate the reasonable requests of our clients.
